THE FOLLOWING ARE CONTENTS OF AN AGREEMENT OFFERED BY sms.profit FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO ACCESS OUR WEBSITE.

This agreement is a contract sealed between users (“you”) and sms.profit (“us”). If you disagree with this agreement, you are NOT allowed to access or use our services.

User agreement helps us to offer services to users safely. We build trust and faith in users as well as upkeep integration between them. Contact us if you have any problem regarding this agreement.

This agreement has been updated on 10th December of 2006.

Contents of User Agreement

•    Qualification
In order to access our services, you have to register and become a member. We only accept companies or individual aged 18 and above. If you are below 18 years old, you must obtain your parents’ approval first. Those who do not fulfill these conditions are PROHIBITED from using our products.

•    Fee & Services
Registering as a member on this website is completely FREE. However, if you wish to use the Premium services (Premium Member), payment is required in the form of Ringgit Malaysia (RM). You are responsible for any tax or charge claimed when you’re accessing our website.

•    Communication Between Users
We allow you to communicate with your friends who register here as well using the SMS offered to you. We are not, however, responsible for any risks arised when we allow you to be approached through our website. We won’t expose your personal details to anyone directly. Your handphone number will be revealed to your sponsor, the ONLY person who can contact you. After the registration process, we might contact you to help you understand how our system works ^{(09-January-2007)}. If you disagree with these conditions, you are not allowed to use our services.

•    Acquiring Payment
We will not take responsibility if the payment you made does not reach us. For safety, we've fix an email address or SMS response specially for you to inform us whenever a payment is made. Our email address is billing@smsprofit.biz or type SMSP and send it to 33112 (SMS services currently support for Malaysian only). We need three days to process the information regarding your payment. The cost is as displayed on our website.

•    Making Payment
Payment will be made based on your SMS sales record by three (3) means:

• Deposit To Your Account
• Crossed Cheque
• PayPal Account

We do not offer services with payment other than the one mentioned above. The minimum sales record is 2000 SMS or RM200 (Ringgit Malaysia). No payment will be charged when we deposit money to your account. However, if there is a mistake in the filling of bank account number from your side, we have the right to DEDUCT the remainder of your current account as much as RM15 (Ringgit Malaysia) for the processing fee. The deduction will be made by reducing the remainder of your SMS. Please make sure you fill in the correct bank account number.
