4. Memberships are for those who have registered with sms.profit. There is no age limit and it is open for all Malaysians. Other than Malaysians, you can also register and will be called for commission.
   
   
5. You can advertise and promote your website to earn yourself a commission. Delivering SPAM emails is strictly forbidden. sms.profit is not responsible for any SPAM emails sent.
   
   
6. You can advertise your website as a SMS utility that offers a sponsoring program. You are not allowed to promote your website as a chance to earn extra salary solely.
   
   
7. sms.profit will not hesitate to prosecute anyone who labels this program as a get-rich scheme, pyramid scheme or anything else similar for the sake of this business and every member of this sponsoring program.
   
   
8. Any statement made in public with the intention of defaming our program without prior reference to sms.profit is prohibited. Your membership will be discontinued if you do so. Every problem should be referred to sms.profit first by contacting us through our official website.
   
   
9. You can collect your commission after reaching the minimum limit.
   
   
10. sms.profit will not take responsibility for any loss, problem or anything else caused by this program.

    • The sender's name resembling a telecommunication company such as Maxis, Digi, Celcom or others.
    • The sender’s name sounding vulgar, racist, or anything against the law.
    • The SMS sent must not contain any libel, pornography, racialism, or any sentence/statement that go against the law of this country.
    
    
    
14. sms.profit has the right to discontinue your membership if you contravene our terms and conditions without a prior notice.
